Tainted Lionheart by Christine Weimer is a book of poetry and prose that takes us through the phases that a heart undergoes from hurt to healing. I found this book to be very well written and presented with poetry that has depth and an intensity that I really enjoyed. It gives support and shows the way to those struggling with sadness and loss.
