Around the World with a Poem

Hello everyone!
Hope you are enjoying reading and writing and dreaming of the forthcoming spring blossoms…

With the latest issue of LIT eZINE Magazine published, I have a breather until the next one claims all my time and attention and this is the time when I get back to my own writing. Believe me, just getting the words down can be so satisfying, and such a relief at times, as if a burden has been lifted and the spirit is once again free to soar…

Around the world with a poem by Manic Sylph Poetry

If you have been with me for a while, you might remember that a couple of years ago, I started a journey to go Around the World with a Poem. Perhaps I should call it a wish, or a dream… and I haven’t really been going at it aggressively, or even mindfully. But today, when I stopped to take stock of the dream, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had come much farther than I thought!

I have managed to take my poetry to 156 countries already and that is so amazing!! Wow! I can’t believe it. But the rest are not going to be easy. Some of them are tiny islands, and a few I have never heard of… how many of the people there even read online poetry?

However, I am not one to give up so I will go on, and hope the rest of them are going to read at least one of my poems pretty soon. And the map is being updated every month so stay tuned and pray for my success…

    1. True, the trains don’t soar but this doing is so soul-satisfying! I so need to always have a new project in my head, NEED!!
Talking of new projects, I have another one… though I don’t know how I am ever going to keep up with all this 😄😄
