Have known ‘disgruntled’ for multiple decades but had never once thought to look and see if gruntled were a word! Logically you can’t be dis-something unless that something is itself a thing, but for some reason my brain never went there. (cut me some slack, okay, can’t do words 24/7/365, gotta do model trains sometime!) ;D

To be honest, I am in the same boat. When I saw this word, my brain wondered why I never thought of it either!
