Welcome To Writing Prompts
Do the words or the picture, or both, for the Writing Prompt #9 get your creative juices flowing?
Follow your senses, let the ink run on and create your masterpiece.
This is not a timed exercise and there are no rules. Just let your muse take over and create what you wish. Do share your writing or the link to it in the comments. I will add the links to the post so everyone can find them easily. Share the love forward. Link-backs to the Writing Prompt #9 would be highly appreciated.
Be Inspired. Happy Writing!

This would be a good one to print out and take to creative writers group tomorrow – the US midwest certainly understands the concept of storms! 😀

Hey there. I did take it and we did use it!
Were 6 of us at group meeting in regular location at the locally owned bake shop.
Coffee, breakfasts, pastries, great place to have a morning meeting 🙂

Absolutely. I am hungry just imagining the lovely smell 🍰🍩🥟. I am interested in knowing how many came up with the storm not being physical in their writing 🤔

What I wrote for the prompt was a more dramatized version of some years ago when my Dad and nephews were watching a thunderstorm out the large window in the dining room and lightning struck the lawn just outside the window – I titled it “Home is where the storms pause in midair; and sometimes the nephews do too.”

That is an interesting title! And I am glad at least some people are thinking like me because I certainly wasn’t thinking of the physical storm when I wrote this prompt.
Thank you for taking my prompt to your creative group. Did you post your writeup on your blog?
