Shake up the sheets
Of your
Sleep warmed bed…

May I ask you a question, Ivor? What is the significance of Tullawalla in your poetry books?

The name comes the family home in Ocean Grove, That was the old name plate on the front of the house. Tullawalla is a an Aboriginal name, meaning “A Meeting Place”. I now have the old name plate proudly hanging up in my verandah..

Okay! That is interesting. Once, a friend from New Zealand told me about waimarama, that is a native word too, and it was so beautiful, I used it in a poem.
