MICRO POEMS
LADYBIRD
by Alexander Limarev

1.
A ladybird
Rests upon my palm,
Fortune in my pocket.
2.
Ladybird flies away,
Lost in the sky,
But luck stays.
3.
Ladybird returns
To its heavenly abode,
Bestowing luck upon me.
4.
Generous messenger of the heavens,
The ladybird,
Grants luck upon all in need.
5.
Under the green leaf,
Rests the ladybird,
Kind deeds are tiresome.
